America… the land of the free! Most of us aren’t as lucky to live in such an amazing country. Despite all that is going on there, it is still one of the best countries in the world, it just has a few little faults like we all day! To a tourist, America is like a sweet shop. There’s so much to do that you won’t be disappointed, and the states you can visit each offer their own unique experience. Granted, for some, going to America is a once in a lifetime opportunity purely because it is so expensive. You’ve got the cost of flights and accommodation, the fact you’re going to want to go for a couple of weeks, and then the spending money you’re going to have to take. But everyone deserves a once in a lifetime trip at some point, and here is why it should be America.
Florida
Florida is one of the best states there is to visit. It’s full of fun, sun, and plenty of things to do for solo travellers, couples, and families alike. Florida is probably one of the more expensive states when we’re talking about things to do, but it truly would be a trip of a lifetime. There’s plenty of places to stay, such as the Tampa Marriott Westshore hotel to get some rest after a big day of exploring. There are many parts to Florida, and the experience you have depends on which part you visit. If you’re looking for the laid back vibe with plenty of things to do as of the night time, then you should definitely go to Miami. If you’re looking for a more family orientated experience, or one with plenty of thrills, then Orlando is the state for you. For something extremely chilled out filled with beaches, then Key west is the destination for you.
Utah
Utah is more for the people who don’t mind putting on their hiking boots and getting out in the open. It’s a state close to Colorado, and it has plenty to offer in terms of things to do. There’s more national parks than you could care to imagine, and one of the best has to be the Zion national park. It’s home to acres of beautiful scenery, the Virgin river, and even guided tours if you were looking to get a glimpse of the best views. If you’re looking for something a bit more geeky, there’s also the museums of Utah that will capture your attention.
Hawaii
Hawaii is a forgotten state purely because it isn’t joined to mainland America. It’s not far off the coast, but it is a dream destination for some. Yes, it’s definitely one of the most expensive purely because it is such an amazing location, but the experience you’re going to have there will be all worth it. You’ve got the idyllic beaches that are perfect for relaxation, or you’ve got one of the many resort spas to truly melt your troubles away. You could also take a trip to one of the states many volcanic parks if you’re looking for something a bit more outdoorsy to do.
