Korean artists are often featured in the Vogue Magazine these past few months ago than to the other well known persona or artists from the other countries such as Philippines, Japan and Thailand, etc. I know, Korea has a huge contributions in the world of fashion today because of their quirky styles and guts to wear all the unusual wardrobes that we could ever seen. I think that was the edge of the Korean when it comes to fashion.

Recently, the 2 main and leading Kpop artists today, Taeyang and GD – Big Bang Member, had seen in the Vague magazine March Issue 2013 , yeah! this post is quite late already but still I’ve decided to post it up for me to have an document on which kpop artists are got featured on the magazine this whole year 2013. By the next year, I’ll all update you here with all the artists they’ve got in all for the  vogue magazine month’s issues, as my compilation post.

I actually dont have any idea on these photos ads. I just only found them dope by styling themselves in this quite emo inspired looks. Nonetheless, they’re both awesome in whatsoever they’d decided to wear and in every ads they made up this year around. And am quite sure that most of you folks are starting off to find all these pieces, the brands of the pieces they’ve worn here, for you to mic mic the styling.

South Korea is a beautiful country known for its rich culture, delicious food, and breathtaking tourist destinations. However, it is also widely known for its Korean dramas and K-pop or Korean pop. For those who do not know, K-pop is a musical genre characterized by a wide variety of audiovisual elements. It is also used to describe modern South Korean pop music like pop ballad, dance pop, rock, hip hop, R&B, electronic and many more. Nowadays, we often see countless K-pop boy and girl bands singing both Korean and English songs. Although most of us might not understand what they are saying, this does not stop us from listening to their songs, buying their albums and going to their concerts.

K-pop is also known for setting fashion trends and new styles. Some of these looks may be deemed worthy in the fashion world, but there are looks that are bordering on the extreme side, looks that ordinaly individuals might find a bit hard to wear. Since I consider myself a fashion forward person, I sometimes try to emulate the K-pop fashion trends that can be worn everyday. I do not want to overdo things lest I look like I am trying too hard. I only incorporate some of the trends into my wardrobe like for instance, wearing K-pop inspired accessories. Of course it is up to you if you want to copy the whole look. The School Girl Look is one popular fashion trend. We often see K-pop female artists wearing preppy school uniforms that make them look innocent yet flirty. This is suitable for teenagers but for more matured women, this look will definitely not work. Wearing neon colors is another stylish trend that you can incorporate into your wardrobe. Your ensemble does not necessarily have to be neon, you can probably wear just a neon top or vice versa.

Another staple of K-pop fashion is military accents. This is a stylish look that works for both men and women. The secret to this trend is to mix the pieces into your outfit so it does not look as if you are wearing a costume. Wearing colored pants is also cool. Girl bands are seen wearing bold colors while boy bands are seen wearing pastel colors.

If you love bold animal prints, then you are just like your favorite K-pop idol. Leopard print in various shades and sizes especially. Last but not the least is clashing 80’s patterns that is suitable for people who have a bold and funky personality. You can wear any 80’s inspired print and mix it with another bold print. Accessories should be simple when you are wearing this trend.

Fun Riding the Bicycle

My being busy with so many things prevents me from regularly doing the hobbies that I love. I guess this is the price you have to pay to earn more money and to advance your career. But of course everybody deserves a break and what better way to destress than to do what you love doing. I have always loved biking. If I had more time or I am more sports minded I could have done it competitively and joined various cycling competitions. But as it is, I am quite happy even if I just ride it around the village where I live or go on short trips and do errands. I have a couple of friends who also enjoy cycling so sometimes I invite them and we go mountain biking.

Bicycling has quickly gained popularity and some people even use it as their primary mode of transportation. It is also a great way to shape up. You get to burn a lot calories even if you ride for only a short time. I have several bikes including utility bikes and mountain bikes. I especially love the Scott bikes from Eureka that I bought a couple of months ago because they are comfortable to ride in, lightweight, durable, and affordable. I would probably buy another one if a new model catches my fancy.

Another thing to keep in mind when riding a bicycle is the use of proper clothing. Weather is a substantial factor in determining what clothes to wear when cycling. It is a must to wear a helmet and if you are quite inexperienced, you need to have elbow and knee pads. If you are fond of riding at night or early in the morning, wear brighter colors and reflective pieces for you to be easily seen. Flats are a suitable alternative to sneakers or bike shoes. Wear a windproof jacket with zippered pockets and a hood when it is cold. For bottoms, do not wear bulky bottoms, jeans and wide-legged pants. When it is cold, wear pants that are long enough to be tucked into thick socks and wear Lycra shorts during hot weather.

Like the normal guys, I used to had a crush too with someone adorable and talented for me. Yeah I want someone girl who has this deep when she’s singing and a girl who is not so much vain and yet she’s naturally beautiful inside and out. LOL Okay, stop it! I’ll becoming so cheesy here now..haha Alright, one of my daily routine is to check out youtube and watch some videos that I’ve found great at the description because that’s how I pick my video posts through my blogs.

As I checking further the video sharing site, I just stumbled on this video where this lovely lady named Jessica ( who’s I adore most) is singing an English song  who’s written by an Filipino Singer entitled “Someday” Ft.Krystal , Jessica’s sister. I liked her version of the song and I can also heard some musical instruments playing than the organ piano who’s playing by his sister Jessica. I can hear the drum sounds either this excellent steinberg cubase 7 at guitar center that gives great blends and arrangement for the song.
